Job Description – Project Manager JustCase Context As part of the JustCase program, a central judicial records management system aimed at unifying and digitalizing the processes of the Judicial Order, several structuring projects are being carried out (NoodWet, NSWB, JustCase Jeugd, JustCase Arbeid). As the program is still in an active development phase, it requires reinforced management to guarantee the consistency, quality and success of the initiatives.
- Mission The JustCase Project Manager is responsible for the operational management of several projects within the program.
- He/she ensures team coordination, monitoring of deliverables, risk management and communication with stakeholders.
- Main responsibilities Manage one or more projects (planning, budget, resources, dependencies) Coordinate teams (business lines, ICT, external partners) Ensure management of risks, problems and changes Monitor the progress of projects and produce regular reporting (Steerco, management) Guarantee the quality of deliverables and compliance with deadlines Manage stakeholders and ensure their alignment Ensure consistency between projects and with the global JustCase roadmap Contribute to the improvement of project management processes Profile sought Experience (2–5 years) in ICT project management Good knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Prince2, PMO) Ability to manage complex and multi-actor environments Excellent organizational and communication skills Analytical capacity and structured mind Assets Experience in the public or judicial sector Knowledge of file management systems Experience in digital transformation programs Functiebeschrijving – Project Manager JustCase Context In the case of the JustCase program, the central file system for the right order, wording and strategic projects (NoodWet, NSWB, JustCase Youth, JustCase Arbeid).
