Job Description

Full Stack Engineer

Function

Software Engineer

Location

At Wobby, we're rethinking how business teams access warehouse data. Instead of waiting for dashboards or pinging data analysts, they should be able to just ask—and get an answer, instantly.

We build AI-powered data analysis agents that connect to your company’s data warehouse, understand structured business data, and deliver insights in seconds. No more bottlenecks. No more waiting.

To make this happen, we're looking for a Full Stack Engineer who’s excited by the idea of building AI-driven applications that people actually trust

Who You Are

You have at least three years of experience in full stack development and are comfortable owning projects from architecture through deployment. You understand how to scale systems, improve performance, and ensure reliability as products grow. You are comfortable working across Nuxt, Node.js, TypeScript, Python, and Google Cloud, and while you might not be an AI expert, you have at least a strong interest in LLMs and AI agents and are eager to go deeper.

You have likely worked in a startup or a fast-moving team before and are used to working with high levels of autonomy and ownership. You do not need everything to be planned out for you. You are someone who will find the most important problems to solve and solve them.

We are not a 9-to-5 company. We are building something ambitious, and we are looking for people who want to go the extra mile to make it happen. This is a rare opportunity to join early and play a defining role in a company that is tackling a massive and unsolved problem in AI.

What You Will Work On

You will own features end-to-end—from designing the architecture to deploying a fully working system.

You will work closely with AI Engineers to integrate AI agents into the Wobby platform.

You will help scale our infrastructure, ensuring our AI agents can handle increasingly complex queries and larger datasets efficiently.

You will be part of a small, focused team where you will have a say in key technical decisions and shape the direction of our platform.

Why Join Us

You will work directly with the founders and be part of building something from the ground up.

You will have real ownership and responsibility—your work will shape the product, and your decisions will have a direct impact.

You will be part of a culture that values deep work, problem-solving, and knowledge-sharing, where people are encouraged to push themselves and each other to get better.

You will get a competitive salary, equity options, flexible vacation time, and bonuses.

You will work in a hybrid setup—we are flexible, but we believe working together in person is important, so we require at least three days a week in our Antwerp office.

You will be part of a team that actually enjoys working together, whether it is through hackathons, deep technical discussions, or just building something that works incredibly well.
