We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst – Senior Level to join our team and contribute to an international IT project Remotely (MUST BE LOCATED IN EUROPE).
WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?
- Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to identify and document business needs.
- Analyse existing (as-is) processes and design future (to-be) processes using BPMN 2.0, including gap analysis.
- Define user stories, Product Backlog Items (PBIs), and acceptance criteria within an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Maintain requirements traceability matrices to ensure consistency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement, prioritisation, and requirements management.
- Prepare use cases, process documentation, and low-fidelity mock-ups to validate business requirements.
- Coordinate and support business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Perform impact analyses when business requirements evolve.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout project iterations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (EQF Level 6) in Business Administration, Information Technology, Information Systems, or an equivalent field.
- At Least 15 years of relevant professional experience.
- Minimum 7 years of experience eliciting and documenting business requirements using BPMN 2.0 process modelling.
- Minimum 6 years of experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria within Agile/Scrum delivery models.
- Minimum 5 years of experience maintaining requirements traceability matrices.
- Minimum 5 years of experience using issue-tracking and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading business analysis activities in complex, multi-stakeholder projects or coordinating teams of business analysts.
Additional Skills And Expertise (Nice To Have)
- Previous experience as a Product Owner.
- Experience in requirements management within international or intergovernmental organisations or central national administrations.
