We are seeking a Project Manager - Conversational AI / Chatbot Projects to join our team. The role focuses on delivering AI-driven chatbot solutions for public sector clients, working onsite in Brussels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project delivery from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with management, business stakeholders, and IT teams.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, communication materials, and monitor KPIs measuring business value.
- Prepare and manage budget proposals, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Communicate expectations, progress, risks, and decisions clearly to team leads and stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.li>
- Act as a key member of the delivery organization.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Computer Science.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Conversational AI or Chatbot Project Management.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the public sector or with public-sector companies.
- Proficiency in Dutch or French at C1 level, plus good knowledge of the other national language and English at B1/B2 level.
- Demonstrable experience using Jira on at least two assignments.
- Project Management Methodology Certificate (e.g., PM2).
- Agile Methodology Certificate.
