We are seeking a Project Manager – Conversational AI / Chatbot Projects to join our team. The role focuses on delivering AI-driven chatbot solutions for public sector clients, working onsite in Brussels.
Key responsibilities
Lead project delivery from initiation to completion.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with management, business stakeholders, and IT teams.
Develop comprehensive project plans, communication materials, and monitor KPIs measuring business value.
Prepare and manage budget proposals, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Communicate expectations, progress, risks, and decisions clearly to team leads and stakeholders.
Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Act as a key member of the delivery organization.
Required qualifications
University degree in Computer Science.
Minimum 2 years experience in Conversational AI or Chatbot Project Management.
Minimum 2 years experience in the public sector or with public‑sector companies.
Proficiency in Dutch or French at C1 level, plus good knowledge of the other national language and English at B1/B2 level.
Demonstrable experience using Jira on at least two assignments.
Project Management Methodology Certificate (e.g., PM²).
Agile Methodology Certificate.
