ECS in Zeebrugge is seeking an experienced operational Team Lead Collections to guide the credit collection team and actively contribute to the collections process. You will be the point of contact for complex cases, monitor follow-up quality, and drive improvements to cash flow and customer relations.
You will combine leadership with a hands-on mentality, motivating your team and collaborating with Sales, Customer Service and Finance to ensure smooth handling of cases in a dynamic logistics
