The Position
In this role, you will manage ICT demand processes, working closely with BRMs and ICT teams to ensure requests are clearly defined and prioritized. Your objective is to streamline processes and support decision-making.

Your Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the central ICT demand management process.
- Assist BRMs in defining, structuring, and prioritizing ICT needs.
- Analyze requests to identify impacts, feasibility, risks, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate requests with various ICT teams, including Enterprise Architecture and Security.
- Guide requests through governance and decision-making processes.
- Develop, digitize, standardize, and simplify demand management processes.
- Develop and monitor key indicators, dashboards, and management reports.
- Facilitate collaboration across demand management, projects, and operations.
