RSC Anderlecht is actively seeking a motivated youth coach to strengthen its academy within the 11v11 pathway. The successful candidate will guide and develop an elite youth team, delivering training sessions aligned with the club’s vision. This role requires effective communication with staff and players, fostering a positive learning environment.
Ideal candidates will hold a UEFA B licence or be willing to obtain it, and have experience in youth football. Collaboration within a multidisciplinary team is essential and offers extensive opportunities for personal development.
