RSCA Women is looking for a motivated youth coach to strengthen our academy within the 11v11 pathway. We are seeking a coach who is willing to help build a professional learning environment in which performance and individual development go hand in hand.

As a youth coach within our academy, you are responsible for guiding and developing an elite youth team in 11v11 football. You:

  • Deliver and coach training sessions and matches in line with the club’s vision and playing principles
  • Develop players individually within a collective development process
  • Create a professional, positive, and demanding learning environment
  • Work closely with the academy manager, performance staff, goalkeeper coach, medical staff, and other academy coaches
  • Prepare training sessions in a methodical and content‑strong way
  • Analyse matches and use feedback as a development tool
  • Help safeguard the club’s standards, values, and culture
  • Communicate professionally with staff, players, and parents

Desired profile

We are looking for a coach who:

  • Has a strong passion for youth development and elite women’s football
  • Is strong in coaching, communication, and leadership
  • Has a learning mindset and is committed to continuous personal development
  • Is well‑organised and reliable
  • Can work effectively within a team in a multidisciplinary performance model
  • Has an eye for both individual player development and team development

Additional requirements

In addition you:

  • Preferably hold at least a UEFA B licence (or are willing to obtain it)
  • Have experience in (youth) football or elite performance environments
  • Are available for 4 training sessions, 1 match, and internal meeting moments
