Expert Change Coach – Public Sector Transformation

Il y a 2 jours

Namen, Belgique HumanInTech Temps plein 70 000 € - 110 000 € Contrat

What you will do

A Belgian public-sector organisation is undergoing a significant digital transformation. The leadership team steering this transformation wants to strengthen how it functions as a collective: individual and shared accountability, joint decision‑making, cross-team cooperation, and a focus on problem‑solving rather than causes. You will work alongside this leadership team to support this development.

The organisation has also presented a transformation plan that includes reorganisation, cultural change, greater accountability, and clarification of roles and missions. Your role is to coach the leadership team through this journey.

Your work will include:

  • Discovery and diagnosis: individual listening sessions with each member of the leadership team and part of the broader management community; particular focus on one department (infrastructure and operations); taking into account previous initiatives within the team
  • Feedback to the leadership team: sharing the diagnosis; proposing the next steps in consultation with the leader and the team
  • Collective work sessions: one or more working sessions with the team, including a seminar-style session; preparing these sessions with participants
  • Anchoring and follow‑up: monitoring commitments made by the team; offering occasional individual support to team members on request

You will propose your own approach, covering at least the stages above. The aim is that by the end of the assignment, the leadership team shares a common understanding of how it currently functions, agrees on concrete working rules and commitments, strengthens individual and collective accountability, and has the tools to continue the dynamic independently.
