Extrusion Operator to Foreman: PVC Production Lead

Jobat is looking for an operator for its PVC profile extrusion department in Belgium. You will start as a machine operator, learning the machine and extrusion process in depth, and after a period of training you will become a foreman with increasing responsibilities and salary possibilities.

You will manage 8 production lines and lead a team of 2 to 6 employees, coordinating start-ups and material changes, monitoring quality, and handing over duties to colleagues at shift end.
