About the role
Our customer, the smartest choice for the most innovative window and door solutions, is looking for an additional operator for its extrusion department. You'll start out as an operator in the PVC profile extrusion department. You'll get to know the machine and the extrusion process inside out. You'll start work as a machine operator. After a period of in-depth training as an operator, you'll become a fully‑fledged foreman. As you progress, so does your salary
Salary and Benefits
Starting at 19 euro gross per hour + 1.3262 shift premium in two shifts + meal vouchers 4.5 euro per day worked.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for 8 production lines and manage a team of 2 to 6 employees
- Start‑up of production lines and coordination of raw material changes as part of your daily tasks
- Monitor the quality of the production process and intervene where necessary
- At the end of your shift, ensure a smooth handover to your colleague
