Our client is a global organization in the pharmaceutical sector seeking a dedicated professional to coordinate regional medical operations. This role focuses on streamlining medical insights, performance tracking, and capability development within a cross-functional international environment.
- Manage regional medical insights and facilitate recurring committees to ensure strategic alignment.
- Monitor medical execution performance and define key performance indicators across different territories.
- Drive the adoption and effective use of digital engagement platforms and tools.
- Support the onboarding of new team members and contribute to medical capability development programs.
- Coordinate logistics and expert interactions for major international medical congresses.
- Organize and update internal collaboration channels and digital knowledge-sharing platforms.
- You have a Master's or a Bachelor degree
- You bring a first experience in project management (internship included)
- You possess a basic understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
- You're able to work cross-functionally within a matrix organization using strong communication and presentation skills.
- You are fluent in English.

- Experience with digital tools and engagement platforms.
- Willingness to manage logistics for large-scale international medical events.
