TechMahindra is seeking an experienced Head of Client Contract Managers (CCM) to lead a team of CCM professionals responsible for driving end-to-end Request-to-Cash excellence, contractual governance, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and operational efficiency across strategic enterprise accounts.
This role combines people leadership, commercial oversight, customer governance, and cross-functional collaboration within a complex international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Client Contract Managers.
- Drive Request-to-Cash excellence across customer accounts.
- Oversee contractual compliance, billing governance, and account performance.
- Partner with Finance and Business Controllers to manage revenue, risk, receivables, and cash collection.
- Support account strategy, growth initiatives, and customer satisfaction programs.
- Manage CCM capacity planning, resource allocation, and succession planning.
- Act as senior escalation point for commercial and contractual matters.
- Drive process improvement, standardization, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Represent the CCM function in leadership, governance, and pre-sales forums.
Required Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Telecom, Technology, Managed Services, or IT industries.
- Proven experience in Client Contract Management, Account Governance, Commercial Operations, or Request-to-Cash environments.
- Strong people leadership and team management experience.
- Experience managing executive-level customer relationships.
- Strong commercial, financial, and contractual acumen.
- Experience working within global and matrix organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Technology, or related field.
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
- Agile Certification.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Six Sigma, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
