Responsibilities

• Organisation and presentations: You will handle administrative tasks, create compelling presentations and coordinate sales activities with confidence and style.
• Get involved in the action: From planning events to meeting clients, you will be at the heart of our activities, ready to impress our clients and showcase our hotel.
• Explore new opportunities: Identify new business opportunities in our vibrant neighbourhood through enthusiastic prospecting calls and networking events.
• Take part in negotiations: Attend strategic meetings with our clients and help confidently secure annual contracts.
• Work together to deliver an exceptional client experience: Collaborate with our teams to provide an outstanding experience for every client.

Ideal Profile

• You are studying Hospitality Management or Business and have an internship agreement for five or six months, starting in July 2026.
• You are fluent in both English and French and can communicate confidently with our international clients. Dutch or any additional language is a plus
• You are communicative and customer-service-oriented. You enjoy helping people and know how to remain calm, even in the busiest situations.
• You are full of energy, enjoy working as part of a team and always keep a smile on your face.
• Challenges do not scare you—on the contrary, they motivate you

Internship Expectations

• You will have the opportunity to learn from an experienced team in a prestigious environment.

• You will be able to take part in internal training sessions and networking events.
