Join a dynamic company as an Indirect Procurement Manager
You’ll be at the heart of the procurement strategy, overseeing the bidding process and developing cost-effective solutions.
If you hold a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Economics with at least 3 years of experience in an industrial setting, are fluent in French and Dutch, and have strong negotiation skills, this position is for you.

- You will oversee the entire bidding process, with your level of involvement varying depending on the complexity of the projects in question;
- You will implement a tailored negotiation strategy to identify the most advantageous solution for the company;
- You will quickly identify the procurement needs of internal clients, drawing on in-depth data analysis and regular communication;
- You will create a suitable market opportunity by analyzing internal demand and describing it as precisely as possible, while generating the necessary interest among suppliers in a timely manner;
- You will update technical and commercial specifications in accordance with established objectives;
- You will manage active contracts throughout their term, including handling claims and any renegotiations, in coordination with internal clients;
- You will define and develop a strategy for the long-term procurement of certain categories of goods and services, in line with the Procurement Plan.
- Holds a master’s degree in Industrial Sciences, Applied Economics, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in an industrial setting;
- Is fluent in French and Dutch, with a good understanding of English;
- Demonstrates expertise in negotiations, with a proven track record of success in this area;
- Has knowledge of public bidding procedures, which would be a significant asset;
- Experience in technical procurement is preferred for this position;
- Strong writing skills, particularly a knack for drafting contractual documents;
- Demonstrates proactivity, assertiveness, diplomacy, and a strong problem-solving mindset;
- Demonstrates a team-oriented attitude, combined with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure;
- Is comfortable using the MS Office suite and various office software tools, and has experience with systems such as SAP/COUPA to manage procurement effectively;
- Holds a Class B driver’s license.
