EngiFlex invites a Senior Business Analyst to lead functional analysis and migration planning for hospital ADT workflows toward Epic Prelude. You will map current processes, align regulatory and interoperability requirements in Belgium, and prepare a phased migration roadmap with data remediation needs.
Hybrid work with on-site workshops and IT leadership involvement. Experience with Belgian healthcare standards (MyCareNet, eHealth, HL7/FHIR) and PAS/EHR migrations is highly valued.
