OK, AND HOW CAN YOU GET THERE?

You hold a Master’s degree in a field youenjoy: Economics, Business, Engineering, HR/Organizational Studies, PublicAdministration, Psychology, Finance… we’re quite open.

You speak English and French, German orDutch.

And ideally, you have experience in one orseveral of the following:

• Organizational design / Target Operating Model / governance / workforceplanning
• Transformation projects or PMO activities
• Processmapping and process optimization
• Business orstrategic analysis (quantitative & qualitative)
• Buildingstrong, sharp, executive-ready presentations
• Working withmultiple stakeholders in a structured, professional way
