Imec in Belgium seeks a Master/PhD internship focused on runtime-integrated simulation of accelerator memory behaviour for distributed LLM deployment. You will build a memory model, hook it into PyTorch paths, and study bottlenecks to guide early-stage accelerator development.
The six-month internship requires Python/C++ proficiency and an interest in computer architecture, with a stipend provided by Imec.
