Life on the team
We are looking for a motivated Customer Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our growing team. This is a newly created position driven by our continued business growth.
You are the main point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout pre‑sales, order management, and post‑sales processes.
What you’ll do
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Take ownership of the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring high service quality
- Co‑ordinating quotations and orders with internal teams and monitoring performance
- Ensure delivery in line with customer service levels
- Is responsible for pricing and margin checks, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders
- Oversee customer stock management and collaborate with teams to optimize levels
- Manage customer deployment schedules and order instructions accurately
- Ensure orders and invoice queries are resolved in a timely manner
What you’ll need
- 1+ year of experience in customer service (B2B environment is a plus) or internal sales
- Proactive customer focus and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to take ownership and solve problems proactively
- Good understanding of business processes and customer expectations
- Fluent in English + Dutch and/or French
- Ability to work in team environment
- Demonstrates a growth mindset with a strong willingness to learn and continuously improve
