Our client, a large-scale organization, is seeking a high-impact professional to join their security governance office. This role ensures operational excellence and strategic delivery across transversal management areas including service management, third-party risk, and business continuity.
- Support the delivery of key security and resilience initiatives to ensure operational excellence within the CISO office.
- Lead domains including cybersecurity third-party risk management and business continuity and disaster recovery.
- Ensure organizational compliance with standards such as ISO/IEC 27001 and NIS2.
- Transform operational data into concise executive insights, management recommendations, and KPI frameworks.
- Manage complex stakeholder dynamics and facilitate high-level governance boards and steering committees.
- 8+ years of experience in service management and security governance within organizations of over 1,000 employees.
- 5+ years owning and reporting operational or strategic KPIs to executive leadership and C-level stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience preparing executive communications, briefings, decision papers, and formal escalations.
- 3+ years of regular interaction with senior management, executive committees, or equivalent governance bodies.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, NIS2, ITIL, and SLA/OLA frameworks.
- Proven background in Third-party Risk Management and Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (BCDR).
- Ability to provide portfolio evidence including executive reports, dashboards, and strategic slide decks for non-technical audiences.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- You possess strong analytical capabilities, organizational excellence, and the ability to influence in matrix environments.
- You are fluent in English, French, and Dutch, with a native level in either French or Dutch.
Nice to Haves
- Postgraduate qualification in Governance, Risk Management, or Change Management.
- Experience working successfully in intercultural contexts.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity tooling assessments and RFP processes.
