- Preparing the documentation for movement of material
- Keeping a working stock of consumable office supplies for the Brussels staff
- Assisting with the annual inventories, both expendable and non-expendable

- Reserving rental and agency vehicles, and verifying travel invoices in the finance system
What you will need

- A valid driving licence and a clean record, covering vehicles up to eight passengers and small trailers
- International driving experience
- Excellent computer skills
Nice to have

- First aid at work training
- Previous experience in an international civilian and military environment
Worth knowing before you apply
