YOUR POSITION

Reporting to the FP&A Manager Benelux, the FP&A intern will work closely with the FP&A, Accounting, Sales and Marketing teams and be responsible for :

• the preparation and reporting of financial statements during month-end closing
• the analysis of business performance
• special projects of continuous improvement

The position is based in our Brussels’ office with occasional travel to our Rotterdam’s office in the Netherlands.

Job responsibilities

Month-end closing

Some of your Responsibilities will be to:

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports for the consolidation team
• Develop management reports and support various departments in monitoring expenses
• Follow up on our Direct Retail business and financial operations, including sales, expenses, stock, and overall P&L monitoring

Business performance analysis

Some of your Responsibilities will be to:

• Analyze monthly performance, including variance analysis on revenues, margins, and operating costs
• Create ad-hoc reports and analyses

Some of your Responsibilities will be to:

• Explore and implement new tools to automate month-end closing analyses and reporting processes

Profile

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrateadvanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Must possess strong analytical skills, communicate clearly, and act with integrity
• Collaborateeffectively as a team player, while alsopossessingthe ability to work autonomously
• Speakfluently in both French and English.Possessworking knowledge of Dutch (a plus)
