Key responsibilities
According to the vacancy notice, the role centres on the following duties:
* Support Head of Unit and Policy Officers with agenda and document management
* Manage written and telephone communication with stakeholders
* Manage functional mailbox(es) and mailing/distribution lists
* Follow up files in circulation and attribute/register documents
* Assist in organization of meetings including room booking, documentation preparation, catering and visitor access
* Provide logistic support before and during meetings
* Support HR management for onboarding and recruitment of officials, contract agents, interim staff and trainees

Experience:
Appropriate professional experience of at least three years (required if only secondary education diploma)
