This new position was created to further strengthenour warehouse and production processes at group level. You will step into arole that is still developing and will have the opportunity to help shape ourprocess approach, standards and collaboration between our international sites.

As GroupBusiness Process Owner Warehouse & Production, you will guide ourend-to-end warehouse and insulation processes. You will map these processes,develop group-wide standards and help our international sites work in asmarter, more consistent and more data-driven way.

You willnot have hierarchical leadership responsibilities. You will make an impactthrough expertise, collaboration and persuasion. In doing so, you will workclosely with Operations, IT, Supply Chain and our international sites.
Whatwill you do?

You willinventory, document and optimize our warehouse and insulation processes.
You willdevelop a clear process architecture and manage the central process library.
You willdefine group-wide standards and support sites in applying them.
You willidentify best practices and build an international network of local processchampions.
You willdrive Continuous Improvement using Lean methodologies such as value streammapping, 5S and Kaizen.
You willtranslate operational needs into clear business requirements for IT.
You willact as business lead for process improvements, system implementations andupgrades.
You willtranslate the Operations strategy into a concrete process roadmap.

You willreport to the Warehouse & Production Manager RAD. In addition, youwill work closely with department heads, the Production Manager ERAP,Operations Project Managers, IT Business Analysts and local site managers.

What doyou bring?

A degree inbusiness economics, industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management orequivalent experience.
At leastthree years of experience in process management, supply chain or operations.
Experiencein a logistics or distribution environment.
In-depthknowledge of warehouse processes and end-to-end supply chains.
Experiencewith Lean, Six Sigma and process modelling.
Strongskills in KPI definition, data analysis and dashboarding.
Fluency inDutch and English.
A Lean orSix Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification and knowledge of otherlanguages are strong assets.
