Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate a clear Benelux vision for after-sales, customer contact and pre-collection journeys, aligned with company strategy and strategic OKRs.
- Maximize value through portfolio and backlog management
- Accelerate customer-contact digitalization and AI
- Drive operational efficiency and transformation
- Lead Product Owners and Agile teams
- Align business, IT and executive stakeholders
Mandatory Skills:
- 10+ years in Business, Operations, Product or Transformation Leadership
- Customer Service, Contact Center or Collections expertise
- Agile leadership and stakeholder management
- Understanding of Cloud, Data, Security & AI
- Fluent in French, Dutch & English
