Location: Leuven and Gent

Responsible for technical achievements and take care of the installations and configurations of the software in short and/or long term projects at customer sites.
Examine the IT environment proactively and critically, formulate necessary proposals for improvement.
Design and implement the infrastructure.
Create consistent and quality documents.
Experience with ITIL and agreed service levels.
Offer 2nd and 3rd line support.
Develop own expertise to maximize knowledge and apply it optimally with customers.

Master or Bachelor of Informatics (or equivalent).
At least 5 years relevant experience with different Microsoft Technologies.
Can independently organize work.
Enthusiastic and professional team player.
Analytical and problem‑solving person.
Good communication skills.
Stress‑resistant and inquisitive.
Passion for IT technology and enjoyment of working in a customer‑focused environment.
Punctual and highly responsible.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
Driver’s license B.
