Do you have a passion for technology, and does a dynamic, international working environment appeal to you? Do you enjoy a varied role, working both on-site and in the workshop? We are looking for an experienced Service Engineer on behalf of our client, who specialises in the development, supply and maintenance of advanced production lines for the beverage industry. This challenging technical role combines service calls at client sites with the assembly of machinery in the workshop. As a Service & Assembly Technician, you’ll have an exciting and varied role with international contacts:

On-site service calls (30%)

Identifying and resolving electrical and mechanical faults on machines
Carrying out preventive maintenance, repairs and replacement of parts
Installing, calibrating and testing production machines at customer sites
Providing training and technical advice to customers’ operators and maintenance staff
Reporting on work carried out and materials used

Assembly in the workshop (70%)

Assembling, wiring and erecting production machinery and assemblies
Connecting and checking various electrical components (motors, sensors, drives)
Carrying out fine mechanical adjustments (alignment, tolerances, couplings)
Preparing for and assisting with Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), Operational Inspections (OI checks) and safety inspections
Identifying and recording non-conformities, carrying out quality checks
Minimaal een technische opleiding (bachelor of graduaat elektromechanica, onderhoudstechnieken of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)
Enkele jaren praktijkervaring binnen een industriële, technische omgeving
Ervaring in zowel elektrisch als mechanisch onderhoud, assemblage én storingsanalyse
Kennis van het lezen van technische tekeningen en schema’s (E-Plan, pneumatiek)
Basiservaring met PLC’s is een pluspunt
Goede communicatievaardigheden in Nederlands, Engels en Frans
In het bezit van rijbewijs B om je vlot te kunnen verplaatsen naar de klanten
Flexibel om regelmatig internationaal te reizen, daarnaast werk je graag in het atelier
Zelfstandig en gestructureerd kunnen werken, maar ook een echte teamplayer zijn
Klantgericht, kwaliteitsbewust en resultaatgericht in je aanpak
