Mission Overview:
Keystone Solutions is seeking a Project Leader for a consultancy mission at a client site within the Data department. In this pivotal role, you will drive cross-functional initiatives and unite stakeholders around shared objectives, turning ambitions into tangible results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Turn objectives into tangible results by bringing teams and stakeholders together around a shared vision.
- Create the right conditions for collaboration, alignment, and engagement among all parties involved.
- Structure and coordinate initiatives by managing priorities, capacity, timelines, and dependencies.
- Establish effective governance and monitoring mechanisms to anticipate risks, facilitate decision-making, and secure the achievement of objectives.
- Prepare governance meetings, including SteerCo, Management Reviews, and Portfolio Reviews, and ensure that decisions are followed up.
- Provide a clear view of progress and ensure that the expected results are achieved.
Language Requirements:
- English: Fluent
- Dutch: Fluent
- French: Fluent
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in complex environments where collaboration and diplomacy are essential.
- Ability to turn ideas into action and deliver tangible results.
- Ability to communicate clearly and naturally create synergies across organisational boundaries.
- Experience in managing projects or cross-functional initiatives: 5+ years.
