Your background

>

You have solid experience in hotel operations and understand the service quality, people management, safety and financial performance challenges involved in running a hotel of this size.

You know how to develop a team: recruiting thoughtfully, sharing your expertise, building skills and giving team members the confidence to take ownership. You set clear expectations while remaining available to support them.

You are also present in the day-to-day operation. You understand how each hotel department works, regularly spend time with the teams and step in alongside them when business needs or a particular situation call for it. You combine a clear view of the whole hotel with attention to detail and a hands‑on approach.

You communicate confidently in French and English; Dutch is an advantage.
