Sales Intern

Wonka AI is an internal AI assistant built for enterprises, seamlessly integrating with the real systems companies depend on: ERPs, CRMs, databases, document systems, and internal tools.

Currently serving thousands of users across Belgium and Europe, we help companies automate workflows and unlock the true value of their internal knowledge.

We are scaling deliberately, targeting approximately 100 teammates over 60 months. Today, we are at 30 teammates in 30 months.

Based in Belgium, we prioritize sustainable growth over rapid expansion, making sure your work and ideas directly shape both our product and company future.

The Opportunity

We are looking for two motivated interns to join our growth team:

1. Business Development Intern

2. Marketing Intern

Both roles are hands‑on, high‑impact, and designed for people who want real ownership from day one.

No coffee runs. No busy work. Just practical experience helping a growing AI company scale across Belgium and Europe.

As a Sales Intern, you will support our sales and growth efforts by identifying opportunities, speaking with prospects, and helping companies understand how Wonka AI can solve real business problems.

Key Responsibilities

Research companies, industries, decision‑makers, and new market opportunities across Belgium and Europe.

Support outreach campaigns, write messages, follow up with prospects, and help open new conversations.

Assess prospect needs and understand whether Wonka AI is the right fit for their business challenges.

Support product demos, prepare sales materials, and help communicate Wonka AI’s value clearly to potential customers.

CRM and Pipeline Management

Keep track of leads, update CRM information, and help maintain a clean and organized sales pipeline.

Research customer needs, competitors, industry trends, and potential growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Valid work permit for Belgium
• Fluent in Dutch or French
• English is a strong plus
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Interest in B2B sales, SaaS, AI, startups, or technology
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
• Curious about customer needs and business challenges
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced and ambitious environment

Role 2: Marketing Intern

As a Marketing Intern, you will help shape how Wonka AI is seen, understood, and remembered by the market. You will support content, campaigns, events, brand initiatives, and growth activities.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging content for LinkedIn, blogs, newsletters, website pages, case studies, and internal campaigns.

Help plan, write, and publish social media content that strengthens Wonka AI’s presence and voice.

Support marketing campaigns from idea to execution, including messaging, visuals, copy, and performance tracking.

Events and Community

Help identify, prepare, and coordinate events, webinars, industry meetups, and community‑building activities.

Brand and Storytelling

Help translate Wonka AI’s product, customer impact, and company journey into clear and compelling stories.

Sales and Marketing Alignment

Work closely with the sales team to create materials that support outreach, demos, lead generation, and customer conversations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Valid work permit for Belgium
• Fluent in Dutch or French
• English is a strong plus
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Passionate about marketing, branding, content, and technology
• Creative, proactive, and autonomous
• Comfortable working with AI tools and digital platforms
• Strong eye for detail, storytelling, and design
• Curious about AI, SaaS, startups, and B2B marketing
