Role
We are looking for a Senior Low-Code Platform Engineer to provide high-value technical services within the European Commission's Directorate-General for Agriculture and Rural Development (DG AGRI). Working in a dynamic multicultural environment following PM² and Agile@EC methodologies, you will play a key role in the full lifecycle of information systems that support the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP).

The project
You will contribute to large-scale information systems for DG AGRI (European Commission), ensuring robust low-code development, migration, and integration.
- Low-Code & System Lifecycle: Participate in the complete lifecycle of information systems supporting the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP).
- Platform & Software Engineering: Develop, configure, and maintain solution frameworks utilizing SharePoint, C#, and SQL Server.
- Front-End & Scripting: Implement responsive user interfaces and operational automation using jQuery, Ajax, Bootstrap, and PowerShell.
- Methodologies & Environment:Collaborate seamlessly within multicultural teams adhering to PM² project management and Agile@EC frameworks.
Requirements
- Education & Experience: Master's degree (EQF Level 7) with a minimum of 15 years of IT experience, OR Bachelor's degree (EQF Level 6) with a minimum of 17 years of IT experience.
- Core Technologies:
- 14+ years of experience in Microsoft SharePoint.
- 13+ years of experience in C#
- 9+ years of experience in jQuery and **Ajax.
- 7+ years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server.
- 6+ years of experience in PowerShell.
- Domain Knowledge: At least 6 months of experience in the analysis, development, and maintenance of information systems in the Agricultural Sector.
- Languages: Very good command of English (minimum B2 level).

- Database & Scripting: Microsoft SQL Server, PowerShell.
