YUST Liège is seeking a Head Chef to lead the culinary operations of Pépin, our signature restaurant, while contributing to the broader F&B experience.
You’ll report to the Food & Events Manager, build a high‑performing kitchen team, drive quality, profitability and consistency across the dining journey, and work with other teams to deliver memorable guest experiences.
This role requires strong leadership, HACCP compliance, cost control and a proactive, inspiring approach.
