Join us, be part of more. We’re so much more than an energy company. We’re a family of brands revolutionising how we power the planet. We're energisers. One team of 21,000 colleagues that's energising a greener, fairer future by creating an energy system that doesn’t rely on fossil fuels, whilst living our powerful commitment to igniting positive change in our communities. Here, you can find more purpose, more passion, and more potential. That’s why working here is #MoreThanACareer. We do energy differently
- we do it all. We make it, store it, move it, sell it, and mend it. The energy system is changing, and connected technologies are playing an increasingly important role in making it smarter, more flexible, and more sustainable. We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to help our partners unlock the full value of their assets through our Demand Side Response (DSR) platform, which connects and optimises technologies such as EV chargers, batteries, and solar installations. In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of technology, operations, and customer relationships. Working closely with partners and internal teams, you'll ensure assets are successfully onboarded, performing as expected, and contributing to the flexibility services that support the energy transition. If you enjoy building trusted relationships, solving complex operational challenges, and turning insights into action, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As Customer Success Manager, you'll take ownership of the operational success of a portfolio of B2B partners connected to our DSR platform. You'll play a key role in ensuring assets are onboarded efficiently, partners receive an exceptional experience, and thousands of connected devices continue to perform at their best throughout their lifecycle. Working across engineering, quantitative development, and commercial teams, you'll help create the operational excellence that supports partner retention, satisfaction, and long-term growth.

  • Leading the end-to-end onboarding of new partner assets, ensuring integrations are coordinated, tested, and brought into operation within agreed timelines.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for partners, building strong relationships while understanding and addressing their evolving business needs and expectations.
  • Monitoring operational performance across connected assets, identifying trends, anomalies, and underperformance before they affect platform outcomes or partner satisfaction.
  • Coordinating the resolution of technical and operational issues by working closely with engineering and quantitative development teams and maintaining clear communication throughout the process.
  • Developing operational documentation and reporting, while using partner feedback and performance data to drive continuous improvements across onboarding and support processes.

The role is a full-time hybrid position based in Antwerp-Berchem, within walking distance of Berchem train station. You'll spend a minimum of two days per week in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely on the remaining days. Occasional travel may be required for partner meetings and cross-team collaboration.

About You

You’ll combine strong customer-facing skills with a genuine interest in technology and operational excellence. You know how to balance relationship management with problem solving, and you’re comfortable working with both technical specialists and business stakeholders. Most importantly, you’re proactive, organised, and motivated by helping customers succeed in a fast-moving environment where your work has a direct impact on platform performance and commercial outcomes.

  • At least three years of experience in customer success, account management, or operations within a B2B technology or energy environment.
  • Experience coordinating technical onboarding or integration projects involving APIs, IoT platforms, device connectivity, or similar technologies.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret operational data, identify meaningful trends, and translate insights into action.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and project tracking tools, supported by excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Energy, or a related discipline; experience within energy flexibility, demand-side response, or relevant certifications would be an advantage.
