Join a dynamic team as a Team Support Insurance In this role, you will be responsible for managing mail, filing documents, and coordinating with insurance companies. We are looking for a candidate who is organized, self‑motivated, and has excellent communication skills. Relevant training or equivalent experience is essential, and knowledge of a second language is a plus. Responsibilities
- Manage the sorting and routing of incoming correspondence (emails and letters) related to your area of responsibility.
- Organize the filing of documents in the business management platform, BRIO.
- Assist in managing contracts with partner insurance companies, following instructions from the Client Advisor.
- Prepare documents for sending to the client, in collaboration with the Client Advisor, who will review and forward the information.
- Conduct market research (requests for quotes and full management of proposals) with insurance companies for auto, fire, and other products (e.g., legal protection).
- Issue insurance certificates from insurance companies and duplicate receipts.
Qualifications
- Appropriate training or equivalent professional experience in the field.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong logical reasoning skills in information technology.
- Knowledge of a second language is considered a valuable asset (French or Dutch).
- Excellent organizational skills, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to change and remain flexible.
- Proactive attitude with a strong sense of autonomy and responsibility.
- Good practical sense and a strong solution‑oriented mindset.
- Team player who values a collaborative spirit.
