Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join a dynamic international team based in Brussels, with flexible mobility required within Belgium depending on project needs.
As an IT Business Analyst, you will act as the key interface between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring successful delivery of IT solutions aligned with business objectives. You will work in a fast‑paced environment with cross‑functional teams and contribute to strategic digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
- Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and project managers
- Participate in solution design and validation phases
- Ensure alignment between business expectations and delivered IT solutions
- Support testing phases (UAT) and assist in issue resolution
- Maintain documentation and ensure traceability of requirements
Profile Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
- Strong experience in IT projects (software development, digital transformation, or enterprise systems)
- Excellent understanding of Agile/Scrum environments is a plus
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple stakeholders
Language Requirements (Mandatory)
- English: fluent
- French: fluent
- Dutch: fluent
