Senior MSAT Scientist – External Drug Product

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an MSAT Synthetics Drug Product External Site Principal Scientist. This role provides technical oversight to external manufacturing sites, owning due diligence, auditing, and site onboarding activities.

You will execute tech transfers, support NPI, and manage LCMs while collaborating with MSAT teams, EM sites, and launch partners. Occasional travel up to 25% may be required; on-site work policy allows two remote days per week in many locations.
