About the role

We are looking for a Call Centre Agent/Customer Support to join our team in Beringen and act as the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their requests and complaints are handled efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer requests and complaints via phone and email.
• Register, document, and follow up on intervention requests related to rental assets.
• Coordinate with Operations, Production, Logistics, Planning, Fleet, and Finance teams.
• Keep customers informed about intervention schedules, progress, and completion.
• Follow up on open requests and ensure proper documentation of completed interventions.
• Review service reports and support customer invoicing for chargeable interventions.
• Maintain accurate records and Escalate urgent or unresolved issues when necessary.
• Contribute to improving customer service and operational processes.

Requirements

• Secondary education or higher.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call centre, administrative support, or operations coordination.
• Good command of Dutch, French, and English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• A customer-focused mindset, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
