Modulaire Group is seeking a dedicated Call Centre Agent/Customer Support to join our team in Beringen, Belgium. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
You will document requests for rental assets, coordinate with Operations and Finance, and keep customers updated on schedules and progress. A hybrid work model combines office presence with one day per week remote work.
