The Role
We're looking to build and maintain a strong pool of Freelance Event Staff who can represent us at client events throughout the year. You'll play a key role in supporting ticketing operations and customer service, helping us deliver a smooth and professional front‑of‑house experience.
You’ll receive an induction and training so you’re fully ready to represent us on‑site with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with on‑site ticketing and on‑site operations
- Provide excellent customer service to event attendees
- Help set up and dismantle box office or check‑in areas
- Use ticketing systems, scanners, and software (full training provided)
- Liaise with the relevant on‑site team members and escalates issues to on‑site leads when needed
- Maintain accurate records and handle event wristbands or passes securely
- Represent our brand professionally at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, reliable, and calm under pressure
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
- Experience in customer service, ticketing, or events (preferred but not essential)
- Tech‑savvy – able to pick up new systems quickly
- A proactive team player who can also work independently
- Willing to travel and occasionally stay on‑site at multi‑day events (accommodation provided where needed)
