The Customer Servicing & Efficiency Tribe drives operational excellence while improving both customer and employee experiences. It uses seamless remote interactions, intelligent automation, streamlined processes and advanced fraud protection capabilities to create tangible business value. Within the tribe, the Fraud cluster develops, manages and continuously enhances solutions that safeguard customers and improve fraud detection. It also owns the fraud tagging and case management platforms supporting the daily work of Fraud Investigation teams.

The strategic Fraud Investigation Tool (FIT) Decommissioning initiative will modernize and replace the current application landscape used by Fraud Investigations. The objective is a future-ready, efficient and scalable platform that supports operational excellence and innovation. The Initiative Owner structures and steers this transformation according to BNP Paribas Fortis Agile practices and translates its purpose into a validated delivery roadmap. The role owns end-to-end monitoring across scope, quality, budget, timing, KPIs and risks through go-to-market.

The Initiative Owner collaborates closely with the Cluster Product Owner, Product Owners, OOs, squads, architects, security architects, regulatory and risk instances, IT colleagues and other contributors. The role ensures stakeholder needs are understood, shared knowledge is maintained, budget requests are initiated and senior management receives transparent and persuasive communication. Success requires extensive program and project management experience, technical and functional understanding, strong stakeholder leadership and the ability to operate in a complex environment in constant flux. Familiarity with banking fraud processes and experience in a bank or large corporate environment are preferred.
