  • Develop robust, scalable, and flexible solution architecture including:
  • Preparing architecture roadmaps
  • Designing prototypes
  • Design proof of concepts
  • Deliver Solution High Level Designs
  • Assist with Solution Low Level Designs
  • Design, based on extensive ICT knowledge and experience, an effective architecture, and its services, in line with organizational objectives and business requirements.
  • Provide high-level expert technical advice on complex desktop & server environment, network topology, ICT infrastructure and applications to help position the solution effectively against competing vendors' offerings.
  • Provide expert technical advice on the planning, implementation and maintenance of a robust and scalable architecture that will support the proposed solution and its future enhancements.
  • Coordinate the identification and resolution of complex troubleshooting activities to ensure appropriate technical support to maintain essential services availability in line with agreed SLAs.
  • Contribute to the development of ICT policies, procedures for the proposed architecture solution, in accordance with established policies, procedures and security requirements.
  • Participate in team reviews of design artefacts and code, make changes as required, and recommend alternative solutions where appropriate.
