Develop robust, scalable, and flexible solution architecture including:
Preparing architecture roadmaps
Designing prototypes
Design proof of concepts
Deliver Solution High Level Designs
Assist with Solution Low Level Designs
Design, based on extensive ICT knowledge and experience, an effective architecture, and its services, in line with organizational objectives and business requirements.
Provide high-level expert technical advice on complex desktop & server environment, network topology, ICT infrastructure and applications to help position the solution effectively against competing vendors' offerings.
Provide expert technical advice on the planning, implementation and maintenance of a robust and scalable architecture that will support the proposed solution and its future enhancements.
Coordinate the identification and resolution of complex troubleshooting activities to ensure appropriate technical support to maintain essential services availability in line with agreed SLAs.
Contribute to the development of ICT policies, procedures for the proposed architecture solution, in accordance with established policies, procedures and security requirements.
Participate in team reviews of design artefacts and code, make changes as required, and recommend alternative solutions where appropriate.
