RPA Developer

We’re looking for an experienced UiPath RPA Developer to join our client’s team and take ownership of automation cases from design through delivery. This role is suited to a self-sufficient developer who can build reliable, maintainable automations rather than simply execute predefined tasks.

Your Role & Responsibilities

We will design, develop and maintain end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.

• Analyse automation opportunities and translate them into robust technical solutions
• Design, build, test and deliver UiPath automations end to end
• Apply the REFramework and strong RPA development practices
• Implement proper exception handling, logging and reusable components
• Develop both attended and unattended automations
• Take ownership of automation cases independently, from technical analysis through deployment and support
• Ensure automations are maintainable, scalable and aligned with development standards

Your Profile

We are looking for a mid-to-senior UiPath developer who can work independently and contribute technically throughout the full automation lifecycle.

• Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio and Orchestrator
• Proven experience delivering complete RPA solutions
• Strong knowledge of REFramework
• Good understanding of exception handling, logging and reusable component design
• Experience with both attended and unattended automation
• Able to independently manage and deliver automation cases
• Professional fluency in Dutch and English

Additional Assets

The following experience would be considered a strong advantage:

• UiPath certification, such as Automation Developer Associate or Automation Developer Professional
• Experience with UiPath Document Understanding / Intelligent Document Processing
• Experience with UiPath Test Suite and test automation
• Knowledge of Git and/or Azure DevOps
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience automating SAP environments
• Knowledge of or experience with Blue Prism
• Previous experience within the utilities sector
