Sustain Current Operations
- Manage demand intake and portfolio governance.
- Ensure portfolio reporting and transparency.
- Oversee resource planning.
- Prepare for management decision forums.
Deliver Planned Improvements
- Enhance resource management for line business.
- Implement efficiency measurement processes for epics and features.
- Track financial transparency and budget burn-rate.
- Improve decision matrix and prioritization.
Future-Proof the Operating Model
- Develop governance practices integrating Portfolio, ART, and various organizational workflows.
- Consider emerging AI governance requirements, including cost management.
- Build integration with existing portfolio and agile methodologies.
- Assess the impact of future transformation programs on governance scalability and adaptability.

Experience with portfolio management operating models, resource management, and governance frameworks.
Strong understanding of AI impact on existing organizations and governance.
Proven experience within complex enterprise environments and transformation.
