- Transfer Pricing & Proactive Controversy Management: Support the development of strategies to proactively manage transfer pricing risks, including Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs), Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAPs) and tax rulings.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Tax Strategy, Transfer Pricing, Tax Controversy, Finance, Legal and Commercial teams to ensure alignment between tax objectives and business priorities.
- Strategic Advisory & Decision-Making: Translate complex international tax matters into practical, commercially relevant recommendations that support senior leadership in making informed decisions.

Key Requirements
- Experience: 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 7 years specialising in international tax, tax risk management, transfer pricing or a closely related discipline.

- Tax Risk Management: Demonstrated experience identifying and managing tax risks, developing mitigation strategies and establishing appropriate governance or control frameworks.
- Transfer Pricing & Controversy: Solid understanding of transfer pricing principles and proactive controversy management. Direct experience with APAs, MAPs or international tax rulings would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Commercial & Strategic Mindset: Ability to understand complex business operations, assess the commercial implications of tax decisions and translate technical matters into practical solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders, challenge constructively and drive decisions across different functions and geographies.
- Professional Background: Experience within a multinational corporate environment or a leading international tax advisory firm. Candidates from both industry and professional services backgrounds will be considered.
