We're looking for a senior ICT business analyst to deliver an independent technical and financial assessment of a digital platform. You'll recommend whether to retain and optimise it, substantially adapt it, or replace it with alternative tools, based on objectives, costs and risks.
What you’ll do
- Assess technical debt, recurring faults, stability and shared back-end dependencies.
- Review API integrations and account or moderation barriers affecting viability.
- Analyse maintenance, support, optimisation and development costs against platform objectives.
- Compare costs, benefits, risks and investment needs across three scenarios.
- Research alternative platforms and tools that could replace existing functionality.
- Present a concise, evidence-based recommendation aligned with objectives and budget.
What you bring
- Five years of experience in business operations applied to ICT.
- Five years of project management experience.
- Experience developing and optimising business processes (BPM).
- Dutch, C2.
Nice to have
- Stakeholder management experience.
- Project cost control, scheduling, coordination, planning and estimation.
- Five years of experience with Craft, Next.JS, AWS, PHP and Drupal.
- Product management and optimisation.
- Technical and financial analysis, cost-benefit analysis and market research.
Good to know
- This is advisory work, not ongoing application or product management.
- Daily support, bug fixing, full UX redesign and implementation are excluded.
