About The Role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially driven Consulting Industry Partner to accelerate our growth within the Private Sector, with a strong focus on Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial and Pharma organizations. This is not a traditional consulting role. It is a strategic leadership position for someone who thrives at the intersection of business transformation, technology innovation, and executive engagement. Someone who understands the challenges facing modern industries, from supply chain disruption and operational resilience to AI adoption and sustainability, and knows how to turn these challenges into business opportunities and measurable impact.

As a Consulting Industry Partner, you will work directly with C‑level executives and senior decision‑makers to shape transformation agendas, unlock growth opportunities, and position Atos as a trusted strategic partner. You will play a key role in expanding our Atos Amplify Consulting business, building long‑term client relationships, and driving impactful transformation programmes powered by Data & AI, digital platforms, cloud, and intelligent operations.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial and Pharma organizations.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to executives on topics such as digital transformation, operational excellence, AI adoption, smart manufacturing, automation, sustainability, and supply‑chain optimisation.
  • Identify, shape, and close consulting and transformation opportunities that create measurable business value for clients.
  • Drive commercial growth of the Atos Amplify Consulting portfolio within the Private Sector in Belgium + Luxembourg.
  • Lead strategic consulting engagements and transformation programmes from vision and strategy through execution.
  • Help clients modernise operations, improve resilience, increase efficiency, and accelerate innovation using technology‑enabled solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Atos consulting, sales, and technology teams to deliver integrated business and technology transformation initiatives.
  • Translate complex business challenges into clear transformation roadmaps and actionable strategies.
  • Position Atos (Amplify) as a thought leader and trusted transformation partner within the market.
  • Contribute to the growth strategy of the Atos Amplify Consulting business by developing new client opportunities, strategic partnerships, and industry propositions.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure successful delivery, client satisfaction, and long‑term business impact.

Requirements

You are a commercially minded consulting leader who combines industry knowledge, strategic vision, and the ability to build long‑term client relationships within the Manufacturing and Logistics sector. You understand the operational heartbeat of industrial organisations and can confidently advise executives on transformation, innovation, and growth.

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain, Digital Transformation, Technology, Economics, or a related field.
  • A strong background in consulting, business transformation, or technology advisory, ideally with 15+ years of experience in complex enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience within Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Pharma or Industrial sectors, with a solid understanding of operational challenges, market dynamics, and transformation priorities.
  • An established professional network and credibility within the private sector, enabling you to engage senior decision‑makers and open strategic conversations.
  • A successful track record in growing consulting business, developing strategic client relationships, and winning complex transformation engagements.
  • Strong commercial instincts combined with a consultative mindset and the ability to identify opportunities that create long‑term business value for clients.
  • A strong understanding of digital transformation trends including Data & AI, cloud adoption, automation, smart manufacturing, Industry 4.0, and intelligent supply chains.
  • The confidence and executive presen
