TUI in Belgium is seeking a Senior CX Product Design Manager to shape the end-to-end airline customer experience—from booking and pre-travel to airport, inflight and post-travel. You will balance customer needs with regulatory and operational realities in a live airline environment.
You will lead cross-functional governance across Operations, Commercial, Digital and CX teams, turning strategies into practical improvements and measurable KPIs that drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
