- Complete a 2.5-year Global Operations Leadership Development Program followed by a permanent position
- Participate in challenging multifunctional work rotations across global supply chain functions
- Combine on-the-job experience with business, leadership, and personal development training
- Participate in planning, production, and distribution of products and services
- Maintain or improve manufacturing operational cost, efficiency, capacity, and compliance
- Collaborate with internal customers and external vendors to drive key business decisions and outcomes
- Learn about designing or redesigning new products
- Maintain quality and regulatory compliance
- Understand the impact of the business on customer experience
- Support end-to-end global supply chain activities across operations, procurement, quality, planning, customer and logistics services, project and process engineering, facilities engineering, and quality technical support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration, business management, data science, biotechnology, health sciences and technology, or engineering
- High academic achievement as proven by overall performance in university
- Interest in exploring multifunctional assignments across a global supply chain
- Professional experience in a relevant business area; a minimum of 3 months' experience is highly preferred but not required
- No more than 2 years of full-time work experience by December 31, 2026, inclusive of co-op, internship, and post-graduate employment
- EU geographic flexibility is mandatory over the course of the GOLD Program and at graduation
- Must be authorized to work permanently in the EU or Switzerland without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
- Eligible to begin full-time employment with Johnson & Johnson no later than summer 2027
- Relevant experience may include supply chain, operations, logistics, engineering, quality, data analytics, information systems, research and development, or another directly related field
