  • Verifying and keeping customer data, pricing agreements, and other administrative information up to date in SAP.
  • Coordinating with internal departments such as Customer Service and Sales to efficiently resolve customer inquiries and ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Monitoring service levels and KPIs and discussing any deviations with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Identifying potential improvements in daily processes and proposing practical solutions to optimise service delivery and collaboration with customers.

  • You communicate fluently and professionally, and you find it energizing to maintain contact with customers and colleagues.
  • You have an analytical mindset, work with precision, and know how to tackle operational problems in a structured way.
  • You’re curious, a quick learner, and able to adapt easily to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • You enjoy taking the initiative, think in terms of solutions, and see opportunities to improve existing processes step by step.
  • You work independently, but you also actively seek to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • You have a good command of English. Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
  • Experience with SAP is a plus, but not required.
